Lifetime Warranty

*Rivertop Lifetime Warranty Labor and Material: Rivertop Contracting Inc’s limited lifetime warranty shall be defined as; From the time of installation, any and all plant material, which dies, and was installed by Rivertop Contracting, will be replaced at no charge. This warranty shall be in full effect as long as a Rivertop Contracting full service maintenance contract is in place. All plant material carries a one-year warranty form the date of installation regardless of a maintenance contract being in place. Any material that dies due to acts of God, vandalism, or lack of proper watering will not be covered by this warranty.
